After losing his parents at the age of 25, Mr. Moten felt a particular calling and kinship to families in need of assistance with probate and trust matters. With over eighteen years of experience in practicing law, Mr. Moten has experience in resolving litigated real estate title matters and business litigation matters as well.
With offices in Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, GA, Mr. Moten is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, John M. Langston Bar Association, and Gate City Bar Association. Mr. Moten is also a member of the Real Estate and Trusts and Estates Sections of the State Bars of California and Georgia, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Moten has been named as a Southern California 2015 Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” List, and has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer annually since 2017 to 2024 for his excellence in legal practice.
