Keith J. Moten, the founder of Moten & Associates, is a Los Angeles native, attending high school at Loyola High School in Los Angeles. After graduating from University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Moten served as a Series 7 Securities Registered Representative for a number of years in the stock market before attending and graduating from Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles.

Attorney Arpine Khachikyan has experience managing a wide variety of estate planning, probate and business planning matters. Mrs. Khachikyan has helped to establish and administer trusts, counseled clients in decedent’s estates, and structured business formations and acquisitions.
